Case Study: Delta Dental Plan Association

DSI’s Java Performance Tuning services were employed to tackle a performance issue in the deployment of a critical Java application that serves as a custom built fee engine for the Delta Dental Plan Association. On assessing the environment, DSI leveraged JProbe to audit the application, leading to the discovery of an underlying database connection pool issue. On DSI’s recommendation, a code rework resolved the issue and allowed this high throughput application to be deployed into production.
